Returns

For eligible clothing orders delivered in the United States, please contact us within 7 calendar days after your complete order is delivered to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and labeled packaging.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of submitting the return request, following the instructions provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items, including bodysuits, intimate apparel, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, and face masks, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photographs, if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
